Founding pre-orders
You're buying founding access before launch. If we don't launch Discipline OS within 30 days of your purchase, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
After launch
Once it launches, run the 30-day reset. If you don't feel the difference, email us within 30 days of launch and we'll refund you. No hoops.
How to request a refund
Email support@getdisciplineos.com from the address you used to buy, and tell us you'd like a refund. That's it.
How long it takes
We process refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
